Music Producer - Project Assignment

We are seeking a talented and motivated Music Producer with 2-3 years of experience to join our team on a project basis. This role is ideal for a creative individual with a strong understanding of audio production and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree, bringing a unique analytical perspective to creative projects. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and finalizing audio content for various corporate communication and marketing initiatives within the power industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Compose, arrange, and produce original music for corporate videos, presentations, internal communications, and marketing campaigns.
- Source and manage music libraries, ensuring all licensing and copyright requirements are met.
- Mix and master audio tracks to professional broadcast standards.
- Experiment with different musical styles and production techniques to achieve desired creative outcomes.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables efficiently, ensuring projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
- Leverage analytical skills gained from a B.Com background to assess the effectiveness of audio content and contribute to strategic planning.
