Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Network Manager / Administrator with 1-3 years of experience to join our IT infrastructure team in Guwahati. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in network principles and possess a B.Sc degree. This role involves managing and maintaining our company's network operations to ensure optimal performance, security, and availability.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.

Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues to ensure high availability and optimal performance.

Implement and maintain network security measures, including access controls, intrusion detection, and prevention systems.

Perform regular network backups and disaster recovery planning.

Provide technical support to end-users for network-related issues.

Document network configurations, procedures, and policies.

Assist in the planning and implementation of network upgrades and expansions.
