Network Service Technician for B.Sc Graduates (3-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Network Service Technician with 3-4 years of experience to join our growing team in Mangalore. This role is ideal for a B.Sc graduate with a strong foundation in networking principles and a passion for ensuring seamless network operations. You will be instrumental in maintaining and troubleshooting our critical network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance for our software product services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and servers.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues, identifying and resolving root causes promptly.
- Implement and manage network security measures to protect against unauthorized access and cyber threats.
- Perform regular network maintenance, including backups, patching, and upgrades.
- Provide technical support to end-users, addressing network-related queries and issues.
- Document network configurations, procedures, and incidents.
- Collaborate with IT teams to plan and implement network upgrades and expansions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
