Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor / Manager to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our hotel during overnight hours, overseeing front desk operations, guest services, and financial reconciliation. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of relevant experience, with a keen eye for accuracy and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all front desk operations during the night shift, including check-ins, check-outs, guest inquiries, and requests.
- Perform nightly financial audits, reconciling all accounts, guest bills, and room revenues.
- Prepare daily reports on hotel occupancy, revenue, and any discrepancies.
- Handle guest complaints and emergencies with professionalism and efficiency.
- Ensure the security of the hotel premises and the safety of guests and staff during the night.
- Assist with guest services, providing information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
