We are seeking a motivated Non-IT Recruiter with 1-2 years of experience and an M.Des degree to join our team in Chandigarh. As a Non-IT Recruiter, you will play a key role in shaping our workforce by sourcing, screening, and engaging potential candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates for non-IT roles (e.g., operations, finance, HR, legal, engineering disciplines) using various channels like job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and define job requirements.
- Manage the offer process, including negotiation and background checks.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Utilize your M.Des background to understand and articulate diverse role requirements and candidate profiles, bringing a unique perspective to talent acquisition.
