Nurse Informaticist (3-5 Yrs Experience)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Nurse Informaticist with a B.Pharma background and 3-5 years of experience to join our health and safety team in Chennai. This role will focus on leveraging technology to improve healthcare data management, clinical workflows, and health outcomes within our corporate environment. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between clinical practice and information technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and interpret clinical data to identify trends and areas for improvement in employee health programs.

Develop, implement, and maintain health information systems and databases.

Design and optimize clinical workflows for health services, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.

Provide training and support to healthcare staff on the use of health information technology.

Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the security and integrity of health data.

Participate in the evaluation and selection of new health informatics tools and technologies.

Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and data privacy laws.

Contribute to the development of health informatics policies and procedures.
