Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner with 1-3 years of experience and a Diploma in Nursing. This role is crucial for supporting the health and well-being of our aerospace engineers and personnel at our Indore facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong diagnostic and treatment skills, with a focus on occupational health and emergency care within a demanding Defence & Aerospace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide primary healthcare services to employees, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of common illnesses and injuries.
Conduct health screenings, medical examinations, and provide preventive health education.
Manage and treat work-related injuries and illnesses, ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
Administer first aid and emergency medical care in case of accidents or medical emergencies.
Maintain accurate and confidential patient medical records.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and management to develop and implement health programs.
Ensure adequate stock of medical supplies and equipment.
