Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Pattern Master with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and refining garment patterns to ensure precise fit and construction for various apparel needs within our organization. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about garment construction and have a strong understanding of pattern making principles, even without a formal degree.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and create accurate first patterns based on design sketches, specifications, and measurements.

Grade patterns to various sizes, ensuring consistency and proper fit across the size range.

Make necessary pattern adjustments and alterations based on sample reviews and fit sessions.

Prepare and finalize production-ready patterns, including all necessary markings and instructions.

Collaborate with designers and production teams to understand project requirements and ensure timely pattern development.

Maintain accurate records of all patterns and amendments.

Stay updated with the latest pattern making techniques and industry trends.
