Job Description

Role Summary:
HAL is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pattern Master with 0-2 years of experience to join our esteemed Defence & Aerospace division in Jaipur. This role is crucial for the accurate creation and maintenance of patterns used in the manufacturing of aerospace components. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of material science and a keen eye for precision, coupled with a relevant postgraduate degree.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and modification of patterns for various aerospace components according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Utilize CAD/CAM software to design and develop 2D and 3D patterns.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of patterns, minimizing material wastage.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve pattern-related issues.
- Maintain detailed records of pattern designs, modifications, and material requirements.
- Conduct quality checks on manufactured parts against established patterns.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in pattern making and manufacturing.
