Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Performance Management Analyst with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Ludhiana. This role focuses on analyzing and improving the performance of our software products and related processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of performance metrics, data analysis, and a proactive approach to identifying areas for enhancement. A Bachelor's degree is sufficient for this role; Post Graduation is not a mandatory requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for software products, identifying trends and anomalies.
* Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports for various stakeholders.
* Collaborate with development, product, and operations teams to understand performance bottlenecks and propose solutions.
* Conduct root cause analysis for performance-related issues and recommend corrective actions.
* Assist in the definition and implementation of performance testing strategies.
* Track and report on the effectiveness of implemented performance improvements.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of performance management processes and tools.
* Stay updated with industry best practices in performance management and software development.
