Role Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree and 2-4 years of experience to join our Pharmaceutical & Biotechnology team. This role will involve supporting various operational and financial aspects within the pharmaceutical sector, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for pharmaceutical and biotechnology projects.
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare financial reports, statements, and presentations for management.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather financial data and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor project expenses and track budget adherence.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the finance and operations teams.
