Placement / Alumni Officer - Software Product (1-3 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Placement / Alumni Officer with 1-3 years of experience and a Bachelor of Arts degree to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in fostering strong relationships with our alumni network and supporting placement activities for our graduates and current students.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to engage with alumni, build a robust alumni database, and facilitate networking opportunities.

Coordinate and manage placement drives, including liaising with potential employers, organizing interview schedules, and tracking placement statistics.

Assist in organizing alumni events, reunions, and workshops to strengthen the connection between the institution and its former students.

Provide guidance and support to students regarding career development, resume building, and interview preparation.

Maintain accurate records of student placements, alumni contact information, and employer interactions.

Collaborate with internal departments to gather relevant information for placement activities and alumni engagement initiatives.
