Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Plastic / Reconstructive Surgeon with 0-1 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Pharma degree and a strong understanding of pharmaceutical sciences and their application in reconstructive procedures. This role involves supporting senior surgeons, conducting research, and contributing to patient care within our aviation sector medical services in Guwahati.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior Plastic / Reconstructive Surgeons in pre-operative assessments and post-operative care.
- Prepare and manage pharmaceutical supplies and medications relevant to reconstructive procedures.
- Conduct literature reviews and research to support surgical planning and technique development.
- Maintain accurate patient records and document treatment progress.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Gain hands-on experience in various reconstructive techniques under supervision.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new treatment protocols.
