Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Principal / Partner / Director to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for a legal professional with 2-4 years of experience, possessing a strong understanding of aviation law and corporate governance, who is ready to take on significant responsibility and drive strategic initiatives within our organization.

Role Summary:
The Principal / Partner / Director will be instrumental in shaping the legal and strategic direction of the company. This position requires a forward-thinking individual who can provide expert legal counsel, manage complex legal matters, and contribute to business development and operational excellence within the aviation sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide expert legal advice and strategic guidance on all aviation-related legal matters, including regulatory compliance, contractual agreements, and dispute resolution.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents, such as service agreements, MRO contracts, joint venture agreements, and compliance policies.
- Oversee and manage all litigation and arbitration proceedings, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Advise on corporate governance matters, ensuring compliance with Indian corporate laws and aviation regulations.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on emerging aviation laws and policies, providing proactive recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across various departments (e.g., operations, finance, business development) to identify and mitigate legal risks.
- Support business development initiatives by providing legal due diligence and structuring advice.
- Develop and implement robust compliance programs and internal controls.
- Mentor and guide junior legal team members.
