Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Process Excellence / Six Sigma Manager with 3-4 years of experience to join our corporate team in Indore. This role will focus on driving continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing business processes, and implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs within the automotive sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial principles and data analysis, leveraging their M.Com background to contribute to strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC, DMADV) to achieve measurable results in quality, cost, and delivery.
- Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process solutions, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support process improvement initiatives and track performance metrics.
- Facilitate cross-functional teams in problem-solving and project execution.
- Train and mentor employees on Lean Six Sigma principles and tools.
- Prepare reports and presentations on project status, findings, and recommendations for senior management.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of a company-wide continuous improvement culture.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards in process optimization.
