Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and analytical Process / Operational Excellence professional with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Delhi. This role will focus on identifying and implementing improvements in our operational processes within the metals and mining sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their LLM degree to analyze complex data, develop innovative solutions, and contribute to enhancing efficiency and productivity across various functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze existing operational processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Utilize data analytics and LLM capabilities to interpret process data and generate insights.
Develop and propose solutions for process optimization, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
Assist in the implementation of new processes and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of improvement initiatives.
Prepare reports and presentations on process performance and project outcomes.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in operational excellence.
