Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and experienced Procurement & Purchase professional with 3-4 years of experience and an Any Graduate degree to join our team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement of goods and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery. This role is crucial in supporting the operational efficiency of our BFSI operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and evaluate potential suppliers based on price, quality, and reliability.
- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with vendors to achieve cost savings.
- Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and manage vendor relationships.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of necessary items.
- Conduct market research to identify new sourcing opportunities and cost-saving strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Process invoices and manage payments to suppliers.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs.
