We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Designer with a Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharma) background to join our innovative team in Bangalore. This role is crucial for developing and enhancing our packaging solutions, particularly those requiring specialized knowledge of pharmaceutical product requirements and material compatibility. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate pharmaceutical needs into effective and compliant packaging designs.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and manufacturing teams to conceptualize and design innovative packaging solutions for pharmaceutical products.
Utilize your M.Pharma knowledge to understand drug stability, compatibility, and regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical packaging.
Develop 2D and 3D designs, prototypes, and specifications for new packaging concepts and improvements.
Conduct material research and selection, focusing on polymers and other materials suitable for pharmaceutical packaging, considering factors like barrier properties, safety, and environmental impact.
Perform design validation and testing, ensuring designs meet performance, quality, and regulatory standards.
Create technical drawings, Bill of Materials (BOMs), and documentation for manufacturing.
Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory changes in pharmaceutical packaging.
