Production Engineer - Packaging & Containers Sector (2-3 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Production Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will hold a B.A degree and possess a foundational understanding of production processes within the packaging and containers industry. You will be responsible for supporting daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of daily production schedules to meet output targets.
- Monitor production lines for efficiency, identifying and troubleshooting any operational issues.
- Ensure that all products meet quality standards and specifications through regular checks.
- Maintain accurate production records and generate reports on output, waste, and downtime.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is in good working order.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols on the production floor.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Assist in the training of new production staff.
- Liaise with quality control and supply chain departments to ensure smooth workflow.
