Project Planner / Scheduler - Travel & Tourism (1-3 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Planner / Scheduler with 1-3 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM to join our dynamic team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing project schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery of travel products and services. This role requires strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for various travel initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product development, marketing, operations) to gather input and ensure schedule alignment.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and delays, and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
- Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and challenges.
- Utilize project management software and tools to track and manage project schedules.
- Support the planning and execution of new travel product launches and service enhancements.
- Optimize scheduling processes to improve efficiency and reduce lead times.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry best practices in project planning.
