We are seeking a diligent and experienced Property Manager with 3-4 years of relevant experience and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree to oversee our real estate assets in Guwahati. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and financial performance of our properties, ensuring they are well-managed and profitable. This role is crucial for optimizing property value and tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of property operations, including tenant relations, rent collection, and lease administration.

Coordinate and oversee property maintenance, repairs, and renovations, ensuring compliance with safety and building codes.

Develop and manage property budgets, monitor expenses, and prepare financial reports.
