We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Punjabi Teacher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma and 1-3 years of experience in teaching Punjabi language and culture. This role is crucial for enhancing our multilingual communication strategies and enriching our employee and client experiences within the events and live entertainment sector. You will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging Punjabi language and cultural training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver engaging Punjabi language lessons for employees and stakeholders.
Create culturally relevant content and activities to foster understanding of Punjabi heritage.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Adapt teaching methods to suit learners with varying levels of proficiency and backgrounds.
Collaborate with the HR and Communications teams to integrate Punjabi language and cultural awareness into company initiatives.
Maintain accurate records of attendance and student performance.
