This role requires a strong understanding of testing methodologies and a passion for delivering flawless user experiences in the fast-paced events and live entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications.
- Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking systems.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to understand requirements and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
- Analyze user feedback and metrics to identify areas for quality enhancement.
- Validate that new features and bug fixes meet specified requirements and quality standards.
- Participate in agile development ceremonies, providing QA insights and feedback.
