This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about live entertainment and possess a keen eye for detail, even without a formal graduation degree.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough pre-event checks, including venue setup, technical equipment, and vendor readiness.
- Monitor live events to identify and report any operational glitches or service disruptions in real-time.
- Assist in post-event analysis, gathering feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
- Verify the accuracy of event information displayed on the platform (dates, times, pricing, seating).
- Collaborate with event managers, technical teams, and on-ground staff to resolve issues promptly.
- Document test cases, test results, and bug reports clearly and concisely.
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) for new features or updates related to event management.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and event protocols.
- Provide support for on-site event operations as needed.
