Quality Head - Lucknow

We are seeking a driven and meticulous Quality Head to oversee and enhance our quality assurance processes in Lucknow. This role is ideal for a B.Tech/B.E. graduate with 2-3 years of experience in quality management within the software product industry. You will be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products by implementing robust testing strategies and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance plans and strategies for software products.

Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and excellence.

Define and track key quality metrics (KPIs) and provide regular reports to stakeholders.

Oversee the execution of various testing phases, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing.

Collaborate with development teams to identify, document, and resolve defects efficiently.

Contribute to the improvement of development and testing processes to enhance product quality and reduce time-to-market.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in quality assurance.
