Research Scientist (LLM Graduates) - 1-3 Yrs

We are seeking a motivated and innovative Research Scientist with a strong foundation in Large Language Models (LLMs) to join our dynamic team in Ludhiana. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with 1-3 years of experience looking to apply their LLM expertise to cutting-edge research and development within the sports and leisure industry. You will contribute to projects that enhance user experience, optimize product development, and explore new avenues for sports engagement through AI.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research and experiments to advance the capabilities of LLMs in natural language understanding and generation, specifically within the context of sports and recreation.

Develop, train, and fine-tune LLM models for applications such as personalized sports recommendations, sports content analysis, and interactive user support.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, engineers, designers) to integrate LLM-powered features into Decathlon's digital platforms and products.

Analyze research findings, interpret results, and present them clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Stay abreast of the latest advancements in LLM research, AI, and the sports industry to identify new opportunities and challenges.

Contribute to the design and implementation of evaluation metrics for LLM performance.
