Reservation Manager for 12th Pass Graduates

This role is perfect for individuals with a 12th Pass education and 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing or administrative role, looking to grow within the vibrant events industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of bookings, client details, and event schedules using our reservation system.

Coordinate with event planning teams to ensure seamless execution of reserved services.

Handle client requests, modifications, and cancellations professionally.

Process payments and generate invoices for bookings.
