Retail Cashier - Telecom / ISP (Mumbai) - 2-3 Yrs

We are seeking a diligent and legally-minded Retail Cashier with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Mumbai. This role is crucial for managing daily financial transactions and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will leverage their understanding of legal frameworks, gained through an LLB degree, to maintain accuracy and integrity in all cash handling operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately process customer payments for telecom services and products, including cash, credit/debit cards, and digital wallets.

- Reconcile daily cash receipts with transaction records and prepare deposit reports.

- Maintain a balanced cash drawer at all times, adhering to strict cash handling procedures.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies, applying principles learned from LLB studies.

- Handle customer inquiries related to billing and payments courteously and efficiently.

- Assist in maintaining a tidy and organized retail environment.

- Identify and report any discrepancies or potential issues to management promptly.
