Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and organized Retail Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations at our ticketing counters and experience zones in Nasik. This role is crucial for ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience for all our patrons attending events and movies. You will be responsible for managing staff, inventory, and operational efficiency to meet BookMyShow's high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of ticketing counters and customer service points.

Supervise and train a team of ticketing staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and service standards.

Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently, reconciling daily sales.

Maintain inventory of tickets, merchandise, and other operational supplies, placing orders as needed.

Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.

Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the operational areas.
