Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Retail Store Auditor with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Vishakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Arts degree and be responsible for conducting thorough audits of retail store operations to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular on-site audits of retail stores, evaluating inventory management, visual merchandising, sales performance, and customer service standards.

Verify the accuracy of sales data, pricing, promotions, and product placement against company guidelines.

Assess compliance with health, safety, and security regulations within the retail environment.

Prepare detailed audit reports, highlighting findings, discrepancies, and recommending corrective actions.

Collaborate with store managers and regional teams to implement audit recommendations and track progress.

Identify opportunities for operational improvements and best practice sharing across the retail network.
