We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Rig Supervisor with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree and be responsible for overseeing the efficient and safe operation of telecommunications rigging activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily rigging operations at telecom sites, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project timelines.

Inspect rigging equipment and ensure it is in good working condition, reporting any defects or maintenance needs.

Monitor the performance of rigging crews, providing guidance and training as required.

Maintain accurate records of rigging activities, equipment usage, and safety compliance.

Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of rigging plans.

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
