Sales Advisor - Events / Live Entertainment Sector (2-4 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Advisor with 2-4 years of experience and a Diploma to join our growing team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving ticket sales and promoting various live entertainment events and experiences. You will play a crucial role in understanding client needs, building relationships, and ensuring a positive customer journey from initial inquiry to post-event engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with potential customers to understand their event preferences and recommend suitable ticket packages.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for movie tickets, live events, concerts, and other entertainment offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with individual customers and corporate clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless booking process.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote upcoming events and special offers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new entertainment offerings.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports on sales performance.
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track customer interactions, and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Assist in organizing and executing on-ground sales activations and promotional activities during events.
