Schedulers (2-4 Yrs) | Noida

We are seeking a diligent and organized Scheduler to join our team at our Noida facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing production schedules to ensure efficient manufacturing operations and timely delivery of packaging products. This role is perfect for an individual with 2-4 years of experience looking to contribute to a dynamic packaging company, and a Post Graduation is not a mandatory requirement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules for various packaging lines, considering material availability, machine capacity, and labor.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to schedules.
- Monitor production progress and identify potential delays or bottlenecks, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Update production schedules in real-time based on changes in demand, material supply, or operational issues.
- Generate reports on production performance, schedule adherence, and inventory levels.
- Communicate schedule-related information effectively to all relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in capacity planning and resource allocation to optimize production efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of production orders and schedule changes.
