Security Marshal (Bouncer) for B.Des Graduates

Role Summary: We are seeking a vigilant and professional Security Marshal (Bouncer) with 3-4 years of experience, preferably with a B.Des background, to ensure the safety and security of our patrons and venue during live events and entertainment functions in Lucknow. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to de-escalate situations effectively. Your design sensibility from your B.Des can contribute to understanding crowd flow and visual security cues.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and patrol event venues to prevent unauthorized access, theft, and disturbances.
- Greet guests warmly and professionally, providing assistance and information as needed.
- Enforce venue rules and regulations with a calm and assertive demeanor.
- Identify and address potential security risks and suspicious activities.
- Respond to emergencies and incidents promptly and effectively, following established protocols.
- Collaborate with event organizers and venue staff to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees.
- Manage crowd control, ensuring orderly movement and preventing overcrowding.
- Maintain a visible and approachable presence to deter potential troublemakers.
- Report any security breaches, incidents, or concerns to management.
- Utilize your B.Des understanding of spatial design and user experience to anticipate potential safety hazards.
