Security Supervisor Careers in Gurgaon (3-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a diligent and legally-minded Security Supervisor with 3-4 years of experience and an LLB degree to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of security operations to ensure the safety and security of Zoomcar's assets, employees, and customers. This role requires a strong understanding of legal frameworks related to security and corporate governance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures in compliance with relevant Indian laws and regulations.

Conduct thorough investigations into security breaches, incidents, and policy violations, preparing detailed reports for management.

Manage and supervise the security team, including training, performance evaluation, and scheduling.

Oversee the installation, maintenance, and operation of security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.

Liaise with law enforcement agencies and other external stakeholders as required.

Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to physical security and data protection.

Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential security threats.

Manage the security budget and ensure cost-effective operations.
