Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Airline Services professional with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of airline operations to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency. This role requires a B.Tech/B.E. degree and a strong understanding of aviation processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze daily airline operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Coordinate with ground staff, flight crew, and other stakeholders to ensure on-time performance and passenger satisfaction.
- Manage and resolve operational issues and disruptions effectively and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all aviation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new service procedures and protocols.
- Prepare reports on operational performance, service quality, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure aircraft readiness and safety.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints, working towards satisfactory resolutions.
- Support in the training and development of junior team members.
