Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Hardware - Other professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all hardware aspects of live events and entertainment productions, ensuring seamless technical operations. This role requires a strong understanding of event technology infrastructure, troubleshooting capabilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage the hardware infrastructure for live events, including AV equipment, lighting systems, staging technology, and communication networks.
- Oversee the setup, testing, and troubleshooting of all event-related hardware to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with technical directors, production managers, and other stakeholders to understand event requirements and translate them into hardware solutions.
- Manage inventory of hardware assets, including procurement, maintenance, and deployment.
- Provide on-site technical support during events, addressing any hardware-related issues promptly.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in event technology and hardware solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices for hardware operation.
- Train and mentor junior technical staff on hardware best practices and troubleshooting techniques.
