We are seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Nursing - Other professional to join our team at our Nasik facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing healthcare services within our automotive manufacturing plant, ensuring the well-being of our employees. This role requires a unique blend of healthcare knowledge and business acumen, leveraging your B.Com degree to manage resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer first aid and emergency medical care to employees in case of accidents or sudden illness.

Manage and maintain the company's medical facilities, including inventory of medicines and equipment.

Conduct health and safety inspections and recommend improvements to prevent workplace injuries.

Maintain accurate and confidential employee health records.

Collaborate with external healthcare providers for specialized medical services and employee referrals.

Develop and implement health and wellness programs for employees.

Utilize B.Com knowledge for budgeting, resource allocation, and efficient management of the healthcare unit.

Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
