Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor with 0-1 years of experience to join our growing team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be a recent B.Tech/B.E. graduate eager to learn and contribute to the successful execution of sports and leisure infrastructure projects. This role involves on-site supervision, quality control, and coordination to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the day-to-day supervision of construction activities on site, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Monitor work progress and ensure that activities are carried out safely and efficiently.
• Conduct quality checks on materials and workmanship to ensure they meet required standards.
• Coordinate with the project management team, contractors, and workers to resolve site issues.
• Maintain site records, including daily reports, safety logs, and material usage.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
• Assist in the preparation of progress reports and documentation.
