Role Summary:

The ideal candidate will leverage their MBA/PGDM education and practical experience to develop and implement effective strategies for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee personalized slimming programs for clients, considering their individual needs and goals.
- Monitor client progress, provide regular feedback, and make necessary adjustments to programs.
- Manage and train a team of fitness and nutrition advisors to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote slimming services and attract new clients.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and research in the slimming, fitness, and nutrition industry.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and health and safety regulations.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate reports on program effectiveness and client retention.
- Contribute to the development of new slimming service offerings and product innovations.
- Provide consultations and guidance to clients on diet, exercise, and lifestyle modifications for effective weight management.
