- Manage wine budgets and control costs without compromising quality.
- Stay abreast of current wine trends, new vintages, and emerging wine regions, particularly those relevant to the Indian market.
- Collaborate with culinary teams to create harmonious food and wine pairings.
- Maintain impeccable presentation and service standards for all wine-related operations.
