Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sports Masseur/Therapist with a Diploma in the field to join our corporate wellness team. The role involves providing therapeutic massage and injury management services to our employees, focusing on enhancing their physical well-being and performance. This position is ideal for a professional with 3-5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of employees' physical condition and identify areas of tension, pain, or injury.
- Design and implement personalized massage therapy treatment plans based on individual needs and goals.
- Administer various massage techniques, including deep tissue, sports massage, Swedish, and trigger point therapy.
- Provide pre-event and post-event sports massage to athletes and employees involved in physical activities.
- Educate employees on injury prevention, stretching, and rehabilitation exercises.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including treatment progress and outcomes.
- Collaborate with the HR and wellness team to promote health and well-being initiatives.
- Ensure a clean and safe therapeutic environment, adhering to all hygiene standards.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in sports massage and therapy techniques.
