Key Responsibilities:

Plan and conduct engaging physical education sessions and sports activities for employees.

Develop and implement fitness programs tailored to different age groups and fitness levels.

Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all sports and physical activities.

Organize and manage inter-departmental sports events and tournaments.

Maintain inventory of sports equipment and ensure its proper upkeep.

Promote a healthy lifestyle and encourage employee participation in fitness activities.

Utilize basic IT skills (learned during BCA) for scheduling, communication, and record-keeping of activities.

Assist in preparing reports on employee participation and program effectiveness.
