Staffing Management Specialist (Coimbatore)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Staffing Management Specialist with 1-3 years of experience and an LLB degree to join our team in Coimbatore. This role will be instrumental in managing and optimizing our staffing processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting the talent acquisition and retention strategies within our dynamic telecom/ISP environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the end-to-end management of temporary and permanent staffing requisitions, from sourcing to onboarding.

Ensure all staffing activities comply with Indian labor laws and company policies, leveraging your LLB knowledge.

Coordinate with recruitment agencies and vendors to fulfill staffing needs efficiently.

Maintain accurate employee records and manage staffing databases.

Support the HR team in workforce planning and talent management initiatives.

Handle employee queries related to staffing, contracts, and compliance.

Contribute to the development and implementation of staffing policies and procedures.
