Stage Manager - Travel & Tourism (Lucknow) - 3-5 Yrs

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Stage Manager with 3-5 years of experience to oversee the smooth execution of events and activations within the travel and tourism sector for our Lucknow operations. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree and have a proven track record in managing logistics, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring the seamless flow of event activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and manage all logistical aspects of events, including venue setup, equipment, and staffing.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure all event requirements are met.
- Oversee the on-site execution of events, managing timelines, schedules, and any unforeseen issues.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all event-related queries and problem-solving.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies during all events.
- Manage event budgets and track expenses.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and provide detailed reports on performance and areas for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with the marketing and operations teams to align event strategies with business objectives.
