You will be instrumental in developing and implementing programs that enhance performance, reduce injury risk, and foster a healthy work environment within a fast-paced tech startup setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement bespoke strength and conditioning programs tailored to the specific needs of software professionals, focusing on ergonomic improvements, stress management, and cognitive enhancement.
- Conduct movement assessments and provide personalized feedback to individuals to improve posture, flexibility, and overall physical health.
- Develop and lead workshops and educational sessions on topics such as proper desk ergonomics, mindfulness, injury prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Collaborate with HR and management to integrate wellness initiatives into the company culture and policies.
- Utilize design thinking principles to create engaging and accessible wellness resources (e.g., infographics, exercise guides, digital tools).
- Track and analyze program effectiveness, making data-driven adjustments to optimize outcomes.
- Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in sports science, ergonomics, and corporate wellness.
