We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Tamil Teacher with 2-3 years of experience to join our corporate team in Vijayawada. This role is ideal for an individual with a B.Pharma background who possesses excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching. The Tamil Teacher will be responsible for imparting Tamil language and cultural knowledge to employees, fostering a learning environment within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging Tamil language lessons tailored to adult learners with varying proficiency levels.
- Create lesson plans, learning materials, and assessments to track student progress.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to employees to improve their Tamil language skills.
- Organize and conduct cultural activities to enhance understanding and appreciation of Tamil heritage.
- Collaborate with HR and training departments to align teaching objectives with corporate needs.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and student performance.
