Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Tamil Teacher with a B.Des background to join our dynamic team in Lucknow. This role is ideal for an individual with 1-3 years of experience who can leverage their design thinking and communication skills to develop engaging educational content and assist in our recruitment and staffing operations. You will play a crucial role in creating learning materials and potentially contributing to employer branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and design engaging Tamil language learning materials, including lesson plans, worksheets, and visual aids, tailored for adult learners in a professional setting.

Utilize design principles from B.Des to create visually appealing and effective educational content.

Deliver Tamil language training sessions to employees or clients, focusing on practical communication skills relevant to the workplace.

Assist in the creation of recruitment-related content, such as job descriptions, training modules, or internal communication materials, ensuring clarity and cultural appropriateness.

Collaborate with the HR and Recruitment teams to understand training needs and develop appropriate solutions.

Maintain accurate records of training sessions and student progress.

Stay updated with the latest trends in language education and design.
