We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Third Officer / Mate with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree and a foundational understanding of recruitment processes. This role is crucial in supporting our recruitment operations and ensuring the smooth execution of various staffing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to gauge suitability.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Support in generating reports on recruitment activities and key performance indicators.
- Understand and implement company recruitment policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
