Team Lead / Network Manager (1-2 Yrs) | Jaipur

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and technically adept Team Lead / Network Manager with 1-2 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our dynamic team in Jaipur. This role is crucial for overseeing and managing our network infrastructure, ensuring its optimal performance, security, and reliability. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership potential and a strong understanding of network technologies relevant to the defence and aerospace sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a small team of network technicians, providing technical guidance and support.
- Design, implement, and maintain robust and secure network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure minimal downtime.
- Manage network security protocols, firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
- Plan and execute network upgrades and expansions to meet evolving business requirements.
- Develop and enforce network policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other IT teams and stakeholders to integrate network solutions with broader IT systems.
- Stay updated with the latest networking technologies and industry best practices.
